  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of purchase. No refunds will be provided after 30 days.

Gaming Accounts

All gaming accounts sold are owned by Prolist Hub and are generally non-refundable.

Refunds for External Affiliate Products

If you purchase a product on Prolist Hub that is an external affiliate product, any refund or return must be requested directly from the original seller or platform.

Prolist Hub can assist by receiving complaints regarding the product, but cannot process the refund for external affiliate products.

Manual Payment Verification

  • Orders are verified only after manual payment confirmation.

  • If a payment screenshot is incorrect, your order may be canceled.

  • Only valid payments will result in completed orders.

Exceptions & Support

  • If a product is not delivered after confirmed payment, contact support immediately.

  • Prolist Hub may provide a replacement or alternative product at its discretion.
